A solid piece weighing approximately 1/3 of a pound. Your choice of milk, dark, or white chocolate.
FAQ: Your white chocolate looks yellow. Why?
ANSWER: Real white chocolate is characterized by a pale yellow or ivory appearance. What is commonly sold as white chocolate in big box stores or chains is actually something called white compound, a much cheaper produced product that contains no cocoa butter. Cheap vegetable fats are usually substituted in place of cocoa butter or chocolate liquor. Since we are a chocolate shop, we sell chocolate.
